    Domestic shipments via Standard Shipping typically take 5-7 business days from the day the order is processed. This is our most affordable shipping option, ideal for those who are not in a hurry to receive their items.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    If you need your order sooner, Expedited Shipping will deliver your package in approximately 2-3 business days. This option is perfect for customers looking for faster delivery while maintaining affordable costs.

  • Overnight Shipping:
    For urgent orders, Overnight Shipping guarantees next-day delivery if the order is placed before 12:00 PM local time. This is the fastest shipping option available, ensuring that your items arrive as quickly as possible.

  • International Shipping:
    Delivereds offers international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days. International customers should be aware that shipping times can be longer due to customs processing or delays in the destination country.

Please note: Delivereds does not have control over delays caused by customs, weather, or postal services in the destination country. Therefore, these delays are outside our responsibility, and we encourage international customers to track their packages for updates.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors including the shipping method, destination, and the weight of the order. You can view the shipping charges for your order during the checkout process. Delivereds offers the following shipping cost policies:

  • Free Shipping:
    Delivereds offers free standard shipping on domestic orders over a specified amount. This threshold will be displayed at checkout, and we recommend checking it for eligibility.

  • Paid Shipping:
    For orders under the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery method chosen. You can opt for Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, or Overnight Shipping at different price points.

  • International Shipping Fees:
    For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. International orders are subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges at checkout.

3. Order Processing

Once you place an order, Delivereds will begin processing your order as soon as possible. We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include tracking information to help you monitor the status of your package. In some cases, if there are any delays or issues with your order (such as a payment error or stock shortage), we will notify you immediately.

Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used for any product on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.
