2. Product Availability

Delivereds strives to ensure the products listed on our website are in stock and available for purchase. However, availability can change quickly, and we cannot guarantee the availability of every item at the time of order. If a product is unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives, or we may refund your purchase.

All products on our website are subject to availability, and Delivereds reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product that can be purchased.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on Delivereds are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The final price for your order will include the cost of the products, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you will pay for your order.

Delivereds accepts various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. When making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Your payment will be processed securely through a third-party payment processor, and your payment details will be protected using industry-standard encryption methods. Delivereds does not store any payment details on our servers, ensuring your sensitive data is safe.

4. Order Processing and Confirmation

Once you place an order, Delivereds will begin processing your order. We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and shipping information.

If there are any issues with your order or payment, Delivereds will contact you immediately. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if payment issues arise, such as fraudulent activity or invalid payment details.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change depending on shipping carriers, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Policy

Delivereds offers several shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the selected shipping method.

We offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping for domestic orders, as well as international shipping to select countries. Shipping times vary depending on the method and destination, but we strive to ensure all orders are processed and shipped promptly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or damaged item.

6. Returns and Exchanges

At Delivereds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Sales Tax

Delivereds is required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to certain U.S. states. The sales tax rate is calculated based on the shipping address and will be added to your order total at checkout. For international orders, Delivereds does not collect sales tax, but customers may be subject to local duties and taxes upon receipt of their items.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can return the item following our Refund and Return Policy.
