If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free refund and return process. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which you may return items and request a refund. By purchasing from Delivereds, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

3. How to Return an Item
Returning an item to Delivereds is simple. Follow these steps to initiate the return process:
Contact Us: To begin your return, please email info@delivereds.xyz or call (301) 352-0182. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions for the return.
Prepare the Item: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and tags that came with it. Include a copy of your order receipt for reference.
Ship the Item: Return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping charges and discounts. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending a defective or incorrect product.
5. Exchanges
Delivereds does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you must return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the replacement product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure that your products are packaged securely and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@delivereds.xyz or call (301) 352-0182.
To return a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Right Away: You must report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with a detailed description and photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
Return Authorization: Once we confirm the issue, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the product back to us.
Replacement or Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method. We cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to a mistake on Delivereds’s part (such as receiving a wrong or damaged product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return items, as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
If the return is due to an error on Delivereds’s part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label for the return.
8. Gift Returns
If you received a product as a gift, Delivereds offers a store credit or exchange for eligible returns. The original purchaser must initiate the return, and refunds will be issued to the payment method used by the original buyer.
Gift returns will follow the same return process outlined in this policy.
9. Sale and Clearance Items
